Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. LPVLPV is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender events, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Large or Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages or arrive on different days. Keep all packaging until you confirm the order is complete and undamaged.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will review the tracking details and help with the next step. Carrier investigations may require additional time.
