Care Guidelines

• Do not scrape finishes with metal tools or rough sponges.
• For mineral buildup, use gentle cleaning methods recommended for the product finish.
• Check connections after installation and follow professional plumbing guidance.

Installation

Use a qualified installer for plumbing work, wall-mounted faucets, tub faucets, pot fillers, or any project requiring pipe, valve, or wall changes. Improper installation may cause leaks, damage, or warranty limitations.

Warranty Support

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us through the Contact page with your order number, product name, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and advise the next step.

Normal Wear

Scratches, finish changes from cleaning products, mineral buildup, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, and normal wear may not be covered.
